Loyalty Discount Program
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) governed by Cuahuizo-Group LLC DBA Juannita’s Restaurant. Purchase or use of this membership (“Membership”) at any time subjects the purchaser or user (“you,” “your,” “yours,” “Member”) to the provisions of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.
The Juannita’s Loyalty Rewards Program entitles Members to the following benefits:
- The following everyday discount (the “Everyday Member Discount”) on eligible purchases. Excludes Alcohol or the promotion of purchase of alcohol complying with all state laws under the INDIANA ATC jurisdiction. Please drink Responsibly
- Up to 20% off current menu priced items. Applies to all Lunch & Dinner, Appetizer and Dessert options, may exclude any new entrees not listed-on menu.
- Up to 100% discounted items on certain days of the week for children under 10. Does not apply to adult lunch or dinner menu items.
- The following benefits apply to purchases made in Store, Catering and or Carry out only. Not applicable to 3rd Party delivery companies. (“Mr. Delivery”) (B-town Menus) and on any sort of delivery. Catered food will have to be scheduled at least 4 days in advance for proper delivery from store.
- Periodic special promotions for Members listed on Website or Restaurant. Daily Specials always available to all and new members!
- For the Everyday Member Discount, or other benefit to apply, the Membership account must be active and available at the time of purchase. Members will NOT be reimbursed retroactively for purchases made without an active and available Membership at the time of purchase.
- User may cancel at any time. Reimbursement will apply within the first 30 days of purchase with a restocking fee of 50% cost on total price paid.
- The Everyday Member Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any coupons, with any other certification or prearranged group discounts, unless specifically stated. Such exclusion includes the following, without limitation: Student discounts; employee discounts; or any other promoted discount.
- Memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable, card will not be replenished if lost or stolen.
- We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Memberships. Such information includes name, address, email address, and telephone number. Updating Member profile data through an authenticated Juannita’s account will require an email update to moc.s1498553773atinn1498553773auJ@o1498553773fni1498553773 located @ Juannitas.com or calling 812-339-2340 for more info. We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.
The annual Membership fee is currently $19.95 for premium or $9.95 for basic account. Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable federal or state law. The annual Membership fee of total initial cost does not include applicable taxes. We may change the Membership fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new and renewal Memberships.
Membership fees are not refundable. However, we will refund the new or renewal Membership fee within thirty (30) days of the purchase date of the new or renewal Membership or the Automatic Renewal charge date of the Membership, i) if you did not use your Membership to obtain an eligible discount or benefit during the new or renewal Membership term or ii) if your Membership was renewed during your current Membership term and the renewal Membership term has not yet started.
Term; Automatic Renewal; Billing The Membership term is one year, beginning on the date of purchase. A Renewal or Automatic Renewal within a current Membership term extends the existing expiration date of the Membership by one year; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. When an expired Membership is renewed, the new Membership term is one year, beginning on the date of renewal.
As a Member, the information we capture will not be shared or distributed and will only be used for our marketing purposes.
Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
USE OF THE JUANNITA’S LOYALTY PROGRAM AND ANY OF ITS BENEFITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. PLEASE NOTATE US OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES WHEN ORDERING. THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE JUANNITA’S LOYALTY PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE LOYALTY MEMBER PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY FOOD PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER ITEMS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU FROM OUR LOYATLY PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
This Agreement, including all documents, available online, referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the Loyalty Member Program with respect to Juannita’s Restaurant and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. Any user has accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Changes to This Agreement
We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice or liability by posting a revised Agreement @ Juannitas.com. This Agreement was modified on May 5, 2017.
